NO FEAR IN LOVE

1 John 4:18-21

18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear: because fear has torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love.
19 We love him, because he first loved us.
20 If a man say, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar: for he that loves not his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?
21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loves God love his brother also.

Our Bible reading tells us that there’s no fear in love, we need not be afraid of someone who loves us perfectly because God’s love is supposed to eliminate all dreads of what we fear might happen to us rather we should trust Him enough to be fully convinced that His Immeasurable love has assured us to dissolve fear and have confidence in Him.

When we truly understand how much God loves us, then what can we possibly be afraid of? For the scripture says that God is Love. In 1 John 5:3 “For this is the love of God that we keep His commandment and His commandment are not grievous” When we are one with God through a relationship with His son Jesus Christ we are wrapped up in His perfect Love. His love knows no limits and does not have any boundaries surrounding it because He loved us first.

His love do not change, there is nothing you can do that makes him love you any more than It’s in His nature to love and He love still. All we need to do is to open our heart and receive His perfect love for no one can love like He do in 1 John4: 8-9 His love is known from the actions it prompts and it is seen as in God’s gift of His only-begotten son to the world.

We are expected to exhibit the true action of our love to God by showing love to our fellow human being; 1John 4:8-9 \”He that loves not knows not God; for God is love.
In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him\”.

Learn to meditate on His goodness and faithfulness and as you do your fears will melt away and you will move with confidence into a new life of victory which Christ had made available to His Disciples that’s why He said in John 13:34-35

\”A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another, as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples if ye have love one another\”

Love does not dwell in fear for a strong love for one another brings peace, Harmony and better relationship amongst brethren for the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.
