happy New Year to everyone out there. The Lord has been faithful and His compassion endures all time, for you to have seen the beginning of this year 2018 you should be glad and rejoice because not everyone who enjoyed the goodness of God Almighty in 2017 made it up to 2018. In retrospect how was 2017 for you? Has there been reasons of rejoices, regrets or of hope? For me 2017 was a very eventful year of the good, the bad and the ugly yet in all God manifested Himself mightly and faithfully on my behalf both in my family and my extended families. To Him alone l pour all my adorations and exaltations to only Him who is well able to bless His children.
This year 2018 endeavour to move forward,refuse to dwell in the past and do not allow the disgrace, disappointment and the hurt of the past hold you bound. The joy that lies ahead in doing the right thing surpasses the sorrow that could not stop you from trying again. This year will be a year of press on towards a mark to achieve a set goal. Apostle Paul said in the book of Philippines 3:13-15 \” Brothers I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it but one thing I do forgetting what is behind and straining towards what is ahead, l press on towards the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. All of us who are mature should take such a view of things… \”
Whatever may be your situation keep on going refuse to yield to the pressure of [Having done all to succeed yet nothing to show for it syndrome ]. Don\’t be discouraged, push until the wall comes down, that\’s why you must declare to yourself \” Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and whatever is admirable, if there is any virtue and is worthy of praise think about it and make step(s) to actualise it.
Therefore prepare your mind for actions, be self controlled set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed as obedient Children do not conform to the evil desires you had when you live in ignorance. (1 Peter 1:12-14).
Always be ready to add value to yourself, search to know better, stop dwelling in ignorance, acquire good knowledge to improve your lot and make Jesus Christ your personal friend and guidian. Be Blessed as you read . Blessing
