GOD\’S PROTECTIONS FOR HIS PEOPLE.

God will keep His people from the severe punishment that awaits the wicked.

The psalmist in psalm 94:16 asked a rhetoric questions\”Who will protect me from the wicked?, Who will stand up for me against evil doers?. He further said in verse 17 of the same chapter \”Unless the Lord had helped me, l would soon have settled in the silence of grave\”.Our God is Holy and a just God who will not permit the wicked ones to prevail over our lives, that\’s why He said call upon me in time of trouble I will answer you. \”Call upon me in the day of trouble, l will deliver you and you shall glorify me\”. (Psalm 50:15).

This is a divine promise coming from God Himself, the creator of the Universe and everything that\’s in it assures you to call upon Him in a moment of your trouble and He surely will answer you. \”Call to me, and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know\”. ( Jeremiah 33:3).

God\’s protection is always available to them who looks upon the Lord and put their trust in His words not relaying on their own powers, for by strength no man shall prevail, it\’s only by the power of the Almighty God. Some trust in Chariots and some trust in horses but we will remember the name of the Lord our God. \”Cast your burden upon the Lord and He shall sustain thee, He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved\” (psalm 55:22).

Have you now see that the burden of enjoying God\’s protections all around you actually lies on you, so child of God what are you waiting for? You just have to activate your faith in the doing of the word of God because \”FAITH\” Is an action Word. If you allow it to remain dormant it may be so and may not work for you that\’s why it says show me your work and I will show you your faith. In other words faith without work is dead.

\”He who dwells in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty, I will say of the Lord \”He is my refuge and my fortress , my God in Him I will trust , surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the Fowler and the perilous pestilence\” (psalm 91:1-3).If you must enjoy His protect against perilous pestilence you must know His secret place and dwell there, and that\’s when His shadows will cover you until you become invisible before your enemies. Secondly you must proclaim His Lordship over your life and trust Him for safety is of the Lord.

And it is impossible to please God without Faith. Anyone who wants to come to Him must believe that God exists and that He rewards those who sincerely seek Him\”. (Hebrew 11:6). Learn to trust God and sincerely seek Him, He shall not forsake you, your security is assured, believe in His Lordship over your life and enjoy all His benefits for the rest of your life.
