\”CALL UPON ME\” !!.

“Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” (Jeremiah 33:3); NKJV

This is a statement made by the Creator of the universe himself! Thank God we are almost at the last lap of the year 2020 with it\’s attendant challenges.  Today we are blessed to be one of those that enter into the new month of grace with the promises of God that He will show us great and mighty things we can not imagine for the rest of the year 2020.

When I first read this verse, my initial thought was, How can this overwhelming promise become personally operative in my life? The statement seems so simple, but the reality of it is almost beyond belief … Almighty God will answer me! All I need to do is just to  call out to Him wow!!.

2Chronicles 16:9 says, “The eyes of the Lord search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him”
He wants our heart to be fully committed to Him because He will then  strengthen and empower Us.

When we enter into the year 2020, we were all in high Spirit full of expectations and plans of how we want to run our affairs credibly with success following us. Nobody thought of the uncertainty of what the year may bring to bare. We  need to remember how great the counsel of God is and how mighty his work is.

Man proposes but God disposes, is a proverbal statement telling us that whatever man proposes as his objective to achieve by exercising his will power, his best efforts, Intellectual potentialities there is a limit to man\’s abilities and there is some supernatural power which is God Almighty that determines the affairs of man. The supernatural controls the natural.

By his mighty power he created the heavens and earth. Throughout the Old and New Testaments we read of his intervention in the lives of his people.  So as we continue with our lives journey this month to the end of 2020 we should be mindful of the fact that we have a great advocate whom we must always run to for help when challenges comes and He will deliver us from all circumstances and  we should also turn quickly to him when the going gets rough. God has promised to answer us! He has promised to show us great and mighty things! He has promised to strengthen us!

We should make God as the first priority in our lives when we are faced with making decisions.  November is known for its serious activities because the end of the year draws near, do not get  too busy to lose your sight on the owner of the time and seasons and the one who decide how your lofty plans may turn out to be.

When we take time to reflect on God’s power, we’re amazed. And this in turn expands our vision of what God can do in us and through us. Images of God’s power are presented throughout the entire Bible. His power gives us confidence that he can overcome anything that is causing difficulty in our lives. His presence can dissolve any obstacle. Since he is the creator of all things, he knows all about our world and has the creative ability to deal with anything that is in need of resolving.

When the entire world are shocked with the news of the deadly pandemic,  Corona virus afflictions. we thought the entire world  will be wiped out by the devastating dead toll of the pandemic  but God in His mercies saved us because already  He did not spear His only begotten son to die for us, therefore JESUS Christ has conquered death we shall not all die by afflictions since His death on the cross has cancelled our death therefore by His mercies we are not consumed.

God sent Jesus Christ into this world to bring us salvation and hope. Because of Jesus Christ we have seen God at work in our world: loving people, healing diseases, doing great miracles, raising people from the dead. It is this power that we can rely on all through the month,  always declaring His mighty power over every circumstances as we shall  overcome every challenges in Jesus name.

I was reading an article today I came across an   acrostics with the  word  CHRIST, and I was very excited because it makes a whole lots of sense to me considering the word I\’m writing today. \”CALL UPON ME\”    When I reflected on  the topic and the Bible verse for today   \”Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.” (Jeremiah 33:3)

I began to meditate on this acrostic and its accompanying verses,  of a truth I  experienced the wonderful peace and power that will  only come from God. Since my reading , I have adopted it as my little book of reflection to guide and help me fixe my focus on Him and trust Him to help my plans to manifest with success for the remaining days of  the year 2020.

May the  Holy Spirit Help us to commit these words in our memories as we  are committed into obeying and doing His Word In Jesus name Amen. These words are important to me, but it is not  like a Creed if you like  You can put an acrostic together on your own to  Help you memories some Bible verses or powerful words that can help you focus on God\’s Power.
