THE RIGHT ATTITUDE WILL GUARANTEE YOUR ELEVATION.

1 Samuel 1:9-18 (TLB).

[9]One evening after supper, when they were at Shiloh, Hannah went over to the Tabernacle. Eli the priest was sitting at his customary place beside the entrance.
[10]She was in deep anguish and was crying bitterly as she prayed to the Lord.
[11]And she made this vow: “O Lord of heaven, if you will look down upon my sorrow and answer my prayer and give me a son, then I will give him back to you, and he’ll be yours for his entire lifetime, and his hair shall never be cut.”
[12](12-13) Eli noticed her mouth moving as she was praying silently and, hearing no sound, thought she had been drinking.
[14]“Must you come here drunk?” he demanded. “Throw away your bottle.”
[15](15-16) “Oh no, sir!” she replied, “I’m not drunk! But I am very sad and I was pouring out my heart to the Lord. Please don’t think that I am just some drunken bum!”
[17]“In that case,” Eli said, “cheer up! May the Lord of Israel grant you your petition, whatever it is!”
[18]“Oh, thank you, sir!” she exclaimed, and went happily back, and began to take her meals again.

Winning ways or elevation is not as a result of what you have around you but rather of what you have within you. In other words you cannot be limited by Lack of Money; Not having people; or Resources because these are what you normally have around you. The only thing that can limit you is what you possess within you internally which likely will be Your Attitude; Your Faith; Discipline; Your Manner and some other personality treats.

Your inner man which is your natural man need checks and balances, it needs to be constantly nutured to attuned into attracting positivity around you not negativity which may repel good will from you.

It is not what happens to You but what happens in you that attract success. Don\’t always let the disappointment you suffered to get into you as to switch of your determination to get to the top. Instead of feeling bad or sorry to yourself or allowing emotions control you, you can turn such feeling to positive thinking.

Look on the positive side of life, sometimes the problems you may think you have may lead to great opportunity you wouldn\’t have envisaged. Obviously when you have the right attitude towards any particular issue, it has a way of energizing you and motivate you as a drive to achieving better success.

Joseph for instance was thrown in jail and due to his right attitude towards every assignment assigned to him while in jail attracted leadership roles to him according to the bible in Genesis 39:20-23

\”He threw Joseph into prison, where the king’s prisoners were kept in chains.
But the Lord was with Joseph there, too, and was kind to him by granting him favor with the chief jailer.
In fact, the jailer soon handed over the entire prison administration to Joseph, so that all the other prisoners were responsible to him.
The chief jailer had no more worries after that, for Joseph took care of everything, and the Lord was with him so that everything ran smoothly and well\”. (TLB).

Mostly, it\’s Attitude that separate a goal getter from the rest of the other people because a man who is an achiever has something going for him that others lack and those are the Right Attitude Any moment you feel down cast or unmotivated check your attitude. Don\’t be overwhelmed by your situation because right attitude is like an influenza, it attracts anything around it. People get attracted to you because right attitude is contagious, it influences people who comes in contact with you and it can draw sympathy when in trouble.

When Hannah was in deep sorrow as the result of not having children of her own. The bible recorded in 1 Samuel 1:10-17.

\”She was in deep anguish and was crying bitterly as she prayed to the Lord.
And she made this vow: “O Lord of heaven, if you will look down upon my sorrow and answer my prayer and give me a son, then I will give him back to you, and he’ll be yours for his entire lifetime, and his hair shall never be cut.”
Eli noticed her mouth moving as she was praying silently and, hearing no sound, thought she had been drinking.

“In that case,” Eli said, “cheer up! May the Lord of Israel grant you your petition, whatever it is!”.

Look up to God who knows your future; Don\’t give up. I know is not easy not to get worked up when in a messy situation, yet you can have control over how you react when you\’re faced with some battles of life because the way it is handled goes a long way in determining what next. No matter how deep life pushes you, God will go down with you to take you to the Top. Put up the Right Attitude for it will guarantee your next level promotion in Jesus name 🙏 Cheers 🙌
