Tips: Facial Mask For Acne. In my last article, I wrote about my breakouts and my face acne. I did a thorough research on my treatment for acne using nature\’s own, mostly those things we see in our kitchen that are edible and also very good for everyday skincare beauty. Until you do these things practically yourself to treat whatever skin flaws, you may think its not doable.They are perfect on the skin and can rejuvenate our skin to glow.

Do not forget that the effectiveness of the use of organic cosmetic is in its long term use so consistent use will be more successfull than a one time treatment. I started treating my face acne, the results are quite amazing and I am honestly going to share all that I did to achieve the kind of glow I\’m seeing now and how I am radiating in my new look.

WAYS TO MAKE NATURAL HOME-MADE MASK FOR ACNE

To treat breakout is not automatic, it requires patience and carefullness in handling, moreso when applying home remedies from DIY concortions if not you may end up worsening your case by causing some inflammation, bacteria and clogging of pores in a bid to hurriedly wanting to treat your acne prone face.

I shall recommend to you 4 types of home-made face mask which I find out can treat acne perfectly and still make your face glows.

1. TUMERIC-HONEY

Ingredients

a. Tumric powder (Tumeric is a natural anti-inflammatory product that help to reduce the painfull swollen of the skin. it also reduces hyper-pigmentation of the skin).

b. Honey ( its an antioxidants very rich in vitamins,it is antimicrobial in fighting bacteria. it helps to soothe the inflammed skin and prevents breakouts.) c. Rice powder (rice contains natural antioxidants like vitamin C and A, flavonoid compound which minimizes the free radiclal damage of UV sun rays and reduces redness and clears blemishes.The starch in the rice helps reduce the inflammation of the skin).

d. Almond oil e.Teatree oil ( antibacterial and anti-inflammatery oil, very effective natuaral blend of oil that help in the reduction of acne but caution has to be excersiced in applying high concetration of teatree oil directly on the face because it could cause irritation to the skin and cause more burn.) f. Hot water

PREPARATION:

Mix 1 table spoon of tumeric powder with 2 tablespoons of rice powder. Add 4 table spoon of hot water, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of almond oil, 2-4 drops of teatree oil. Mix thoroughly all the ingredients together until they blends if you have a small blender, put all the mixture in the blender and allow to run for atmost ,3 seconds to get good consistence then pour the entire mixture in an airtight container, put in a fridge to settle and cool down. This can be allowed to stay in the fridge, then use for 4 days. Apply with a make-up brush or your hand on your face. allow to dry for 30-45 mins. wash off with warm water if you have oily face or cold water if you have sensitive or dry face, clean with towel and apply moisturizer.

2. CLAY MASK

Ingredients

a. Clay ( there is calcium bentonite clay and the common clay seen in the market which is offwhite in color or metalic ash. it has been found that clay is an effective natural acne fighter, it absolves excess oil and toxins that clogs the skin and refines the pores. it is beneficial for oil skin, sensitive and normal skin.

b. powdered milk

c. coconut milk/soy milk (coconut milk is derived from blending the coconut flesh and squeezing out the milky liquid. Coconut milk contains very good nourishing saturated oil that gives it rich taste . It has a rich consistence and creamy texture. Coconut milk should not be confused with coconut water. Coconut water is the natural water inside the coconut with little oil content unlike coconut milk which has high saturated oil.

d. vitamin c oil

e. Vitamin E oil

PREPARATION:

Put 2 tablespoon of clay in a mixing bowl, 3 tablespoons of coconut milk, half teaspoon of vitamin c oil and 2 drops of vitamin E, mix thoroughly and pour in an airtight container. Put in a fridge and apply on your face for 3 days. leave to dry for 30-45 miniutes Wash off with lukewarm water and apply your moisturizer.

3. OAT MEAL MASK

Ingredients

a. Oat meal ( Oat meal absorbs excess oil on skin and helps to treat acne. it contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that treat dry skin and removes dead skin cells. Oats also remove oil that clogs the pores and exfoliate the skin.

b. Avocado pear (avocado pear is hydrating, nourishing, and rejuvenative. it contains antioxidant and very high in nutrients.).

c. Lime/Lemon ( lime and lemon are good source of magnesium and potassium . it rejuvenates skin and promotes healthier looking skin and it contains antioxidant which prevents the damages caused by free radicals.

d. Grapeseed oil ( its oil is extracted from grape seed. it\’s used as a natural beauty product. it\’s high in omega-6 fatty acids and omega-3 fatty acids. it is a good source of vitamin E, an antioxidants that protects your skin cells from the damages of free radicals.

PREPARATION:

2 table spoons of oats soaked in hot water, allow to cool, marsh your avocado pear and add 2 tablespoonful of the marshed avocado in the soaked oatmeal. Add 1 teaspoon of lemon/lime juice. Add 1 teaspoon of grapeseed oil. Mix thoroughly, Preferably with a blender. Put in an airtight container and refrigerate. Apply with your hands or make-up brush. Leave to dry for 30-45mins. Wash off with warm water. Clean off with a towel and use your moisturizer.

4. ALOE VERA-MANGO MASK Ingredients

a. Aloe vera ( its one of the popular home-made remedies, mostly used in the cosmetic world for skin conditions. Aloe vera gel which is the major component of the plant is known for its healing effect, very good to repair skin damages like sun burn, minor cuts and small bruises.

b. Mango ( it has an amazing skin benefit, it hydrates the skin, its an antioxidant, it prevents acne breakout and promotes collagen production. it brighten skin to improve skin tone. it contains potassium and vitamin E to keep the skin cells moisturize and it reduces uv ray damages as such protects your skin against free radicals.)

c. Rice powder (rice contains natural antioxidants like vitamin C and A, flavonoid compound which minimizes the free radiclal damage of UV sun rays and reduces redness and clears blemishes.The starch in the rice helps reduce the inflammation of the skin.

d. Vitamin C and E

PREPARATION:

2 tablespoons of rice powder into a mixing bowl, 4 tablespoons of hot water into the rice to form paste with it and keep to cool, 2 tablespoon of marshed mango, 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel, mix all the ingredients together then add half teaspoon of vitamin C oil and another half teaspoon of vitamin E oil, stir it thoroughly and pour in an airtight container and put in a fridge. Apply on your face for 4 days with hands or make-up brush. Allow to dry for 30-45mins.

Wash off and clean with towel then apply your moisturizer.

These facial masks are DIY Home Remedies for acne treatment very moisturizing and rejuvenating, it helps to clear your blemishes as well as encourage new skin cell renewal. Try them you will be glad for pampering your face.
