Tips:- dealing with Age Spots.

There is an adage that age normally comes with wisdom; We all desire to grow old and would want to age with grace. There is no pretense that as we are aging there are signs that comes with age which reminds us that we are gradually losing our youthful appearance.

Age spots are extremely common with age but if those spots are increasingly multiplying as the days go by and are becoming annoying definitely it has to be dealt with not to be covered up with heavy make ups instead of dealing with the root cause. We need not resort to putting layers upon layers of make ups in our face in the name of wanting to appear good for the moment or dressing for the occasion. The more you cover those annoying lines and dark spots the worse it spreads all over the entire face and leave a terrible hyperpigmentation that may need medical attention to remove

The use of organic DIY concoctions are proving very reliable in giving your skin a glow and you still look very desirable even in your old age and well adorable without heart breaking cost effect and perhaps no solution.

Since April 2020 during the COVID-19 LOCKDOWN, I made my first debut concerning my love for DIY natural skincare face routine which I tried when I could not replaced my used-up off the shelf face mask. I have not gone back to using any of those synthetic products again and have fully involved myself into alternative skincare formulations and researches.

Ladies it has been very educative and highly rewarding and worthwhile experience; My skin has taken to a more glowing and radiance look, people are beginning to inform me of how beautiful I am looking with age, and I will proudly tease back that beauty comes with age.

Honestly, my agespots are almost gone and I’m having a clearer appearance at a point I’m now missing my black color. “BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL” is a known cliche that has been an obvious fact.

FENUGREEK MASK.

Fenugreek is an herb in the same family with soy, it can be used fresh or in a dried form. It is commonly used for culinary purposes and treatment of some ailments . It has several health benefits when consumed as spices but can also be of great benefit for our skin and hair care cosmetics. Fenugreek seeds are known for it’s anti. Bacterial, Anti fungal and anti inflammatory benefits, it contains antioxidant properties.

Fenugreek powder can be used as a homemade facial mask and scrub . It is a natural anti aging remedy. It is very rich in vitamin B3, it can repair damaged skin cells and regenerate new cells. It help to get rid of age spots, fine lines and wrinkles. Fenugreek seed extract will also help in the reduction of blemishes and dark circles due to it is rich in vitamin C, it firms the skin, it removes impurities from the skin and makes skin to glow naturally.

HOW TO USE FENUGREEK SEED

Soak the fenugreek seed with hot boiled water in a container over night. In the morning drain the seeds out from the soaked water, wash with fresh cold water and grind the soft seed in a blender with 3 tablespoons of rose water.

To make face mask from the extract: put 3 tablespoons of the grind seed in a mixing bowl , add 1/4 cup of yogurt to the bowl ‘ add 1tablespoon of rice powder, 1 tablespoon of glycerine; 5 drops of vitamin E oil then use your hand mixer to mix the entire mixtures together to get a very good consistence.

Add just 1 drop of preservatives because of the water contained in the soaked seed since there is every tendency that you may not finish it immediately because of the quantity, you have to refrigerate as long as the mixture last

Direction:- wash your face with water, you can exfoliate your face once every week by scrubbing your face or steaming your face weekly. Apply the mask on your face reasonably. Allow to dry for 40 Minutes , wash off with lukewarm water . Pat your face a little so that you don’t dry up the water completely then apply your face cream.

Note that your matured skin is delicate as such does not need the use of any kind of cream or those ones with bleaching agents. It has to be anti aging products or age defying products to take care of your age spot, fine lines and wrinkles

DIY procedure is a gradual process it takes time before it start working, it penetrates deep to both the dermis and the epidermis of the skin. It demands persistence and patient before you start seeing results, it does not really benefits anyone who is in a hurry to see the effect of using the products like immediate effect of the use of “whitening” products that are prevalent in all the cosmetics outlet now With a Big Bang of side effects.
