REJOICE IN THE LORD.

Philippines 4:4-5 NKJV.

4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

⁵ Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand

We need to live a life that is dedicated to expressing gratitude and attitude of gratitude and praise towards God because time and time again He has shown and proven his faithfulness. God is the God above all. He is mighty in all his ways. He is the one that deserves all our praises.

According to psalm 100 : 1-5 Message translation; it expressed how we ought to show gratitude and give thanks to the Lord at all times to show Him our grateful heart felt and thanksgiving in expressing the joy we have for all His goodness in our lives as this makes us rejoice in Him. 1-2 On your feet now—applaud God!
Bring a gift of laughter,
sing yourselves into his presence.

3 Know this: God is God, and God, God.
He made us; we didn’t make him.
We’re his people, his well-tended sheep.

4 Enter with the password: “Thank you!”
Make yourselves at home, talking praise.
Thank him. Worship him.

5 For God is sheer beauty,
all-generous in love,
loyal always and ever.

Rejoicing in the Lord always is not only when you are happy for a major break through in life, perhaps records of success or a surprise package of an award winning obviously these things don\’t easily happen always to us yet the bible expects us to always Rejoice irrespective of the situation. A man\’s happiness is not measured by the things he has acquired in life.

One should not consider success as the antidote to happiness or the type of work he does that gives him joy rather by how much impact he has created at least in his immediate environments are the things that will make his heart to rejoice always.

According to our Bible reading, Apostle Paul telling the church of Philippi, in his letter, to always rejoice in the Lord, always celebrate the Lord. This carries the understanding that you do it whether you want to or not, whether you are happy with the Lord or not. When you celebrate with the right thought in mind about how God works, it will be possible to find ways to rejoice in the Lord no matter what the situation is saying.

In whatever trials you find yourself in, trust God for His Compassion Endures forever, you will not be swallowed in such trials rather you will come out like gold that is refined in a Furnace.

No wonder Apostle Paul endured a lot of persecutions during his missionary journeys. Remember that when it came to suffering for your calling, Paul was definitely the expert. He endured severe persecution for his belief in Christ and call to ministry, so advice from him on rejoicing during trials seems to be borne out of experience as such should be regarded as an expertist advice and a good idea.

\”Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand\” We are not braggart praising ourselves and display of mundane achievements that makes us to REJOICE rather the confidence we have that Our Rejoices and gentleness will showcase the Christ in us the Hope Of Glory; It is our secret. Christ in you! Yes, Christ in you bringing with him the hope of all glorious things to come. It goes on to say that, the hope of glory is the fulfillment of God\’s promise to restore us and all creation\”.

Colossians 1:26-27 \”The mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the Lord’s people. To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory\”.

REJOICE Always nevermind what if anything negative that can bring disouragement around you. Believe in God and refuse to allow your heart to be dawncast. KEEP ON REJOICING.
