THE WILL OF GOD

John 6:36-40 NKJV.

36 But I said to you that you have seen Me and yet do not believe. 37 All that the Father gives Me will come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will by no means cast out. 38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. 39 This is the will of the Father who sent Me, that of all He has given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up at the last day. 40 And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in Him may have everlasting life; and I will raise him up at the last day.”

Jesus came to accomplish the Will of His father in verse 38, This Will He describes for us, is not merely God\’s revealed or instructive will it\’s God\’s predestinating decree which is sure to come to pass.

Jesus christ Himself , the second person in God\’s head has entrusted himself to perfectly perform the purpose for which the father sent Him into the world. There is no way that Jesus christ endured the shame of the cross and yet failed to fulfill all that comes with the cross

As a result Jesus says everyone who see the son and believes on Him will have everlasting life. There\’s No exceptions to as many as are called by His Spirit … \”But to all who did accept him and believe in him he gave the right to become children of God\”. (John 1:12)

Perhaps you have seen yourself as unworthy, feeling of guilt of living a worthless life therefore your sins are too much to be forgiven by God or perhaps you think things weren\’t going on well for you because you\’re not good enough and has been forsaken. I say a Capital NO!!! Remember Jesus brought Healing, Forgiveness and Salvation through His death on the cross and He Declared \”IT IS FINISHED\” That has unmistakably and intentionally promised eternal life to every single individual who believes on Him. No matter your colour, your Clime or your personality. No matter the shade and shape of sin you have done both in secret and in the open or how low you feels, He knows about them and He calls out to you and said

Come to me all ye who are laboured and with heavy heart for I will give you rest. “Come to me, all of you who are tired and have heavy loads, and I will give you rest\” (Matthew 11:28).

This is an invitation by Jesus Christ. If you\’re tired and struggling, He can give you rest. This also describes the path to God the Father, but it is not one of labor and hard work. Following Jesus frees us from carrying the burden of our own sin because He has already done that work for us and perfected it.

This salvation which God planned and Was accomplished in the person of Jesus is free and complete to everyone that believe. There\’s nothing to be added than your acceptance and your trust in God

\”This work must continue until we are all joined together in the same faith and in the same knowledge of the Son of God. We must become like a mature person, growing until we become like Christ and have his perfection\”. (Ephesians 4:13).

Forsake everything that must have burdened you and whatever it is that must have lured you into unbelief and perhaps have taken your trust away from Him because of difficult situations and hard times we are all facing now. It must surely come to pass. Go back to your first love God and Trust Him Still for His Promises will not fail.

Remain Blessed As You Read, Shalom!!
