Jeremiah 33:3 AMP.
Call to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things, fenced in and hidden, which you do not know (do not distinguish and recognize, have knowledge of and understand).
When we call on the LORD, He answers! Beyond that, He will show us great things that aren\’t even on our radar. God is so good. Seek Him. You will never regret seeking the LORD. He is good, faithful, and true. Get excited for whatever it is God will show you when you call on His name.
God is ready to answer all our prayers but you must ask for Him to help you first by calling upon Him for help. God could take care of all your needs knowing all that concerns you without you really asking because He is God Almighty all knowing and we cannot accomplish much on our own strength for by strength shall no man prevail. He expects us to humble ourselves, lay aside our willfulness and all our worries then be determined to cast all your cares on Him and trust Him to deliver.
\”If My people, who are called by My name, shall humble themselves, pray, seek, crave, and require of necessity My face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land\” (2 Chronicles 7:14) AMP.
There is a saying that open mouth is an open door and close mouth is a closed door. When we align our prayers to His will, He listens and we can be rest assured that for certain He hears us and will definitely answer our prayers.
Prayer is the master key says the song writer, Jesus started with prayers and ended with prayers…… That used to be one of our Sunday School songs in those days. I don\’t know if they still sing such songs considering the new generational songs in the church these days though spirit lifting but , with the kind of musical instruments in display and their uses some of the church songs sounds like circular music.
Nontheless, a man who knows how to pray knows how to attract divinity into visibility, bringing the presence of God down to dwell in the midst of men. To pray is to delibrate and commune with God and He surely answer. Pray untill you get answers to prayers. Pray in season and out of season to ward off every evil imagination of the evil ones against you.
\”He frustrates the devices of the crafty, so that their hands cannot perform their enterprise or anything of [lasting] worth\”. (Ephesians 5:12)
And this is the boldness we have in God’s presence: that if we ask God for anything that agrees with what he wants, he hears us. 15 If we know he hears us every time we ask him, we know we have what we ask from him. (1John 5:14-15) NCBV.
We are at peace when we know that if we ask for anything in prayers He hears us and fulfill His Promises. When a man\’s way is pleasing before God He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him. Draw close to God and He will draw closer to you. So it is your responsibility to call upon him. Blind Bartimous did not allow men to deny him of calling the attention of Jesus as soon as he heard that Jesus was near by and was passing alongside his way and Jesus did not deny him access as soon as he called out for help. Mark 10:46-49.
In time of need who do you call out to, do you normally go to man first ? \”This is what the Lord says: “Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who draws strength from mere flesh and whose heart turns away from the Lord. Know whom you reach out to in time of difficulties men may mock you and expose your secret but God is not a man that can lie. Trust Him In Time of Help.
