GOD IS NOT LATE, HE\’S ALWAYS ON TIME.

Ecclesiastes 3:10-12. NCBV.

10 I saw the hard work God has given people to do. 11 God has given them a desire to know the future. He does everything just right and on time, but people can never completely understand what he is doing. 12 So I realize that the best thing for them is to be happy and enjoy themselves as long as they live.

The scriptures in Romans 8:38 stipulates \”We are assured and know that [God being a partner in their labor] all things work together and are [fitting into a plan] for good to and for those who love God and are called according to [His] design and purpose implies that God is never late! He is always on time! Making things to work out for our good in it\’s time.

But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: To the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years is as one day before the Lord. God has his own sense of timing: He has perfect timing: never early, never late. God is never in a hurry, but he is always on time.

8 Nevertheless, do not let this one fact escape you, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord does not delay and is not tardy or slow about what He promises, according to some people’s conception of slowness, but He is long-suffering (extraordinarily patient) toward you, not desiring that any should perish, but that all should turn to repentance (2 Peter 3:8-9) AMP.

He\’s never, ever late! God is never in a hurry but always on time. God promised Abraham and Sarah, his wife a male child. They tried to help God and made a great mistake. At God\’s time in Genesis 21, God visited Sarah as He had said, and the Lord did unto Sarah as He had spoken.

Trusting God often requires not knowing how God is going to accomplish what needs to be done and not knowing when He will do it. We often say God is never late, but generally He isn\’t early either. Why? Because He uses times of waiting to stretch our faith in Him and to bring about change and growth in our lives..

Isaiah 60:22 Encourages Us to Trust in Him and endure delays while He is making all things to be accomplished beautifully at it\’s time so God\’s timing is not like our timing. God promised the people of Israel that, \”The smallest family will grow to a thousand. The least important of you will become a powerful nation.
I am the Lord, and when it is time, I will make these things happen quickly.”

Meaning during its time, He will hasten it up, In other words, he\’s saying to his people, in the middle of their trials the consequences and effects of many travails all around them, he\’s saying, “Trust in me. I\’m about to bring an end to all your problems.

The Lord is telling me and you the same thing today to Trust in Him, Things are working out in pleasant places for us all through the year. We should not fret even when it looks as though time is running out like you hear often when people will say \”DON\’T BOTHER WAITING FOR TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE !! NO MORE TIME TO WAIT!\”

Don\’t listen to them GOD is Never Late, He\’s not a man that can change His Mind if He says it Wait For It, He Can not Lie.

PRAYER

Mighty Redeemer, your promises are Yeah and Amen, it does not lie, In time of waiting may we be patient and not fall into the temptation that would lead us to a great regretable mistake. Your word says “for I am watching over My word to accomplish it.” May your words towards us be perfected and be timously accomplished in Jesus name amen.

REFLECTION

God has called you according to His purpose; therefore, everything that is around you that looks bad and frustrating is turning around for you, so Don’t ever settle for the ugly situations that bothers you because God is at work. At times we don’t seem to see it with our eyes. Trust in Him and believe that all will turn out well for your good.
