Psalms 103:1-11. NCBV.
103 All that I am, praise the Lord;
everything in me, praise his holy name.
2 My whole being, praise the Lord
and do not forget all his kindnesses.
3 He forgives all my sins
and heals all my diseases.
4 He saves my life from the grave
and loads me with love and mercy.
5 He satisfies me with good things
and makes me young again, like the eagle.
6 The Lord does what is right and fair
for all who are wronged by others.
7 He showed his ways to Moses
and his deeds to the people of Israel.
8 The Lord shows mercy and is kind.
He does not become angry quickly, and he has great love.
9 He will not always accuse us,
and he will not be angry forever.
10 He has not punished us as our sins should be punished;
he has not repaid us for the evil we have done.
11 As high as the sky is above the earth,
so great is his love for those who respect him.
Praise God for all his goodness, his gifts to us, for forgiving our sins, for sending us a Redeemer even when we didn\’t deserve to be redeemed Due to our faults. He want justice for all His children, He has let us know of His majesty and His kindness to us all. How can we ever thank you O Lord. How often we forget to praise and thank you On this days in this month of May, let us stop and think of all that God has done for us. Let us remember all the times God has shown us his mercies and forgiveness for our misdeeds
Let us also take some time out to examine our own behavior. How many times in the past few weeks have we shown kindness to someone else? Have we forgiven someone or shown them mercy? Have we held on to anger? If we have failed in any of these things recently, perhaps we can take some time to do for others as God has done for us. When we remember God\’s goodness to us, it reminds us to show gratitude to God and show goodness to others in need.
When we believe and remember that God created each one of us in his image and likeness, we should then see God\’s divinity in everyone and allow them to see the same in us. If we do that, then it is so much easier to treat others with the same kindness, mercy and goodness with which God treats us. The Lord does what is right and fair for all who are wronged by others.

REFLECTION
Reflect on Psalm 34:1-3 how David praised the Lord when his life was speared from king Abimelech
\”I will praise the Lord at all times;
his praise is always on my lips.
2 My whole being praises the Lord.
The poor will hear and be glad.
3 Glorify the Lord with me,
and let us praise his name together\”.
