Thank God we have cross over to another great month of March 2020. We are matching forward with fresh annointing and great ideas. However I thank God for His numerous mercies and favour that will see us through every challenges that may come on our ways.
Last month I couldn\’t do much on my write ups because I was very busy these days; part of which was connecting and making friends as well as networking. I can tell you from my recent moves and experiences, it\’s very good to meet with people of same visions and ideas to crossbreed. No man is an island, is good to share experiences mostly with people who are of like minds and whose interest is of your interest too then you compare notes if you\’re really at the right track.
A man\’s network can decide his net worth. Do you know that the people you spend most of your time or what you seriously engaged in today shapes your tomorrow\’s worth and values. So this year you must chose your friends wisely and network rightly.
This was what Paul did haven separated himself for years being on his own preaching the word of God to help the gentiles receive the word of God. according to Galatians 1:17-19;
[17]I didn’t go up to Jerusalem to consult with those who were apostles before I was. No, I went away into the deserts of Arabia and then came back to the city of Damascus.
[18]It was not until three years later that I finally went to Jerusalem for a visit with Peter and stayed there with him for fifteen days.
[19]And the only other apostle I met at that time was James, our Lord’s brother.
The book of Galatians gives us all the detailed account about Paul’s experiences in Arabia and Damascus in the period immediately following his conversion as an apostle of Christ. We also know, of course, that he preached in many of the synagogues in Damascus (Acts 9:19b-22). Undoubtedly, Paul also spent time in studying and prayers, and it may be that Jesus appeared to him several more times, yet he founds it necessary to meet with the other disciples who where with Jesus before He was crucified to compare notes with them despite the fact that after his conversion, he was led to Arabian to start and continued with his ministry without going to join with the rest of the apostles for three years .
The three years to which Paul refers in today’s passage began when he saw Christ on his way to Damascus Road and include his sojourn in Arabia and his ministry in the Syrian city. Thus, Paul was a mature believer when he met Cephas (Peter) and James the Lord’s brother in Jerusalem as such their discussion was on the bases of strength and of capability that was why they were able to believed Paul when he was trying to make them believe in his sincerity as being one of them who had really been converted to a repentance and the people gave glory to God because of his new life style Galatians 1:21-24.
Your network are those who are in your spheres of contact which includes family , well wishers and friends. These are people who influences your decision or the way and manner you do a thing. Your net worth is your life\’s value and the sum total of who you are, what you are and what you have and it is determined by your network.
2020 is the year of Repositioning And making concerted efforts to move to the next level of prominence. You most match your word with action. Know who you mingle with or network
\”He who walks [as a companion] with wise men is wise, but he who associates with [self-confident] fools is [a fool himself and] shall smart for it\”. (Proverbs 13:20). AMP. B.
\”For the foolish person will speak foolishness, And his heart will work iniquity: To practice ungodliness, To utter error against the Lord, To keep the hungry unsatisfied, And he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail\”. (Isaiah 32:6).
Do not entangled yourself with someone whose ideas run fowl of your own, someone who does not add to your net worth or a person who cannot see any good thing in you or always in the habit of criticize to discourage or disparage you. It doesn\’t worth keeping.
Like I said earlier in my writing today the new breed of fellowship I get involved with are really helping to direct me aright in some areas I felt shy to exploit though not in a bad light but to follow a regimental order in other to get things done right in my position which is paving way for me and gradually I know I\’m making an enroute by God\’s grace I will make a good impact.
